Join us for an intimate two-part workshop "f*ck anxiety"
This will be a two-part workshop focusing on:
1. Anxiety & Your Mind
2. Anxiety & Your Body
You will leave with both physical and mental tools to control your anxiety.
Rachel will guide you out of your head and into your body with yoga poses and a bit of movement, Buddhist techniques and meditation.
Vikki will talk about the mind, emotions and thoughts and will coach you and give you self coaching tools to stop anxiety from spiraling.
For the event:
Bring a notepad and a pen
Bring a yoga mat
Wear comfy clothes that you can move a little in.
Your ticket is for all three events, space is limited!!
