Come on a journey with Rachel & Jessica that begins with a gentle Yoga flow & restorative poses. Rachel will gently transition you into guided meditation & breathwork, while Jessica administers Acupuncture for the ultimate blissful feeling.
We will begin, with a yoga practice that gently links movement and breath. During the final resting pose, you will be guided through a deep relaxation to prime your body for acupuncture. The pins placed in your body will focus on points that balance your energy, relieve stress and promote healing and regeneration. As you meditate, the medicine will do its work.
You'll leave class feeling grounded, connected and pretty blissed out. Experience the deepening effects of these combined practices which support the body and mind to align closer to balanced health.
